Account & settings

Manage brands, API keys, team members, roles, plans and billing in AnswerixAI, with the exact settings and limits for each.

Updated

The Account & settings section covers everything you configure around your tracking in AnswerixAI: each brand's details, the API keys you use for integrations, who on your team can see and change what, and the plan you pay for. Use these pages when you set up a workspace or change how it is run.

What does this section cover?

The AnswerixAI Account & settings section has four pages: Brand settings, API keys, Team and roles, and Billing and plans. Together they explain how to configure a brand, authenticate integrations with ans_ keys, control who can see and change what, and manage your Starter, Growth, Business or Enterprise plan.

  • Brand settings: edit a brand's name, logo, industry, region and domains, turn on Shopping mode, pause tracking, manage competitors and integrations, delete a brand, and add more brands.
  • API keys: create and revoke the ans_ keys that authenticate the REST API, the Metrics API and the MCP server.
  • Team and roles: invite teammates, choose between the Admin, Manager, Analyst and Agency Partner roles, and remove members.
  • Billing and plans: compare Starter, Growth, Business and Enterprise, start a trial, switch plans or billing interval, add extra brands, cancel, and download invoices.

Where are these settings in the dashboard?

AnswerixAI keeps these settings in two places. Settings (/dashboard/settings) holds the workspace-wide sections, such as Team, API Keys and Billing. Brand Settings (/dashboard/brands/{brand}/settings) holds everything that belongs to one brand, and you open it from the Brands page.

  • Settings (/dashboard/settings) holds workspace-wide sections: Account, Theme, Organization, Team, Notifications, Integrations, API Keys, Agent and Billing. Account saves your display name; Organization shows the organization's name, slug, plan and member count to every member, and lets Admins rename it and set its country and business type.
  • Brand Settings (/dashboard/brands/{brand}/settings) holds everything that belongs to one brand. Open it from the Brands page.
