AnswerixAI is a cloud platform for AI search visibility, answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO). It tracks how AI answer engines mention, cite and rank your brand when people ask them questions, compares you with your competitors, and turns the gaps into content work. These docs are for marketing, SEO and content teams who use the AnswerixAI dashboard.
What is AnswerixAI?
AnswerixAI sends the questions your customers ask (called prompts) to AI answer engines once a day and records every answer. For each answer, AnswerixAI detects whether your brand is mentioned, whether your website is cited as a source, where you are named relative to your competitors, and the sentiment of the answer. The results roll up into a 0–100 Visibility score and reports you can filter by date, topic, platform and region.
Which AI engines does AnswerixAI track?
The AI engines AnswerixAI tracks depend on your plan. Starter tracks ChatGPT and Perplexity; Growth and Business track seven engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, and Grok (currently paused). Enterprise adds Claude on request.
| Plan | AI engines |
|---|---|
| Starter | ChatGPT, Perplexity |
| Growth and Business | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, and Grok (currently paused) |
| Enterprise | Everything in Business, plus Claude on request |
