Partner Program Terms

1. Joining the Program

You can join by applying on our Become a Partner page or by accepting an invitation from us. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion, without having to give a reason.

You must give accurate information about yourself and your business and keep it up to date in your partner dashboard, including your payout details. Your partner account is personal to you; don't share your login.

2. Referrals and Attribution

Customers are credited to you when they sign up for AnswerixAI through your referral link within the attribution window shown in your partner dashboard (currently 45 days from their last click). If a visitor clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent click counts. Once an account is credited to a partner, it stays credited to that partner for the life of the account.

Only accounts on the main AnswerixAI website count; accounts created through a white-label site of another agency do not. Our tracking records are the basis for attribution and commission. Visit and click numbers in your dashboard can be lower than those reported by ad platforms such as Google or Meta — for example because of ad blockers, visitors who leave before the page loads, or visitors who sign up later on another device — and those differences are not grounds for a claim.

You may not refer yourself, your own company, or an account you control. We may, at our discretion, credit an account to you manually (for example, when a customer you introduced signed up without your link); manual credit applies only to payments made after it is recorded.

3. Commission

You earn a recurring commission on payments we actually receive from customers credited to you, for as long as they stay subscribed. Commission is calculated on the amount paid after discounts and excluding taxes, in US dollars, and a yearly subscription earns commission on the full yearly payment when it is paid. Enterprise and custom-priced plans are excluded unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Referral partners earn a rate set by their commission slab, based on the monthly recurring revenue of their credited customers, as shown in your partner dashboard. Slabs are reviewed every month: you may move up, receive warnings, move down one slab, or move to the loyalty rate as described in your dashboard. White-label resellers earn the fixed rate agreed with them. We may change rates, slabs, and thresholds for the future by giving you notice; commission already earned keeps the rate it was earned at.

Bonuses and promotional campaigns run for the period and under the rules we publish for them, and may be changed or ended at any time for the future. A bonus is only earned once its conditions are met, including any holding period.

4. Holding Period, Refunds and Clawbacks

Commission is held for 15 days after the customer's payment (or the period shown in your dashboard) before it becomes available to withdraw. If a payment is refunded, charged back, or disputed, the related commission and any related bonus are reversed in proportion to the amount refunded, including after the holding period and after it has been paid to you. A reversed amount is deducted from your balance, and a negative balance must be cleared by future earnings before you can withdraw again.

When a customer cancels a yearly plan with a refund under our refund policy (within 7 days of their first yearly payment), no commission or bonus is earned on that payment at all, even though we keep part of it.

5. Payouts

You can request a withdrawal from your dashboard once your available balance reaches the minimum shown there (currently US$100), or switch on automatic withdrawals so we request your available balance on the 1st of each month. We review each request and pay approved requests usually within 15 business days of approval, using the method you chose from those offered for your country in your dashboard (for example Wise, PayPal or a bank transfer, and UPI in India or PIX in Brazil). You are responsible for giving correct payout details and keeping your country up to date; we are not responsible for payments sent to details you provided.

All commission is calculated in US dollars and paid in US dollars, except that partners in India may choose to be paid in Indian rupees, by bank transfer or UPI. A rupee payout is converted at the market USD→INR rate on the day we approve the withdrawal (the European Central Bank reference rate, or another published market rate if it isn’t available), which is shown on your withdrawal page. We pay the fee our bank or payment provider charges us to send a payout. Any other fees — charged by intermediary or receiving banks, by your payment provider, or for converting US dollars into your currency — are yours and may reduce the amount you receive.

You are responsible for your own taxes on the amounts you earn in your country. We may withhold or deduct taxes where the law requires it. Before we can pay you, partners outside India must sign a tax residency declaration in their dashboard, and partners in the United States must provide a signed IRS Form W-9. We may also ask for a tax identification number or a tax residency certificate. You must tell us promptly if your country of tax residence or anything in your declaration changes.

6. Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding

You may promote AnswerixAI with paid advertising (for example Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Instagram, or LinkedIn) using your own brand, content, and audiences. The following are not allowed:

• Bidding on our brand. Bidding on "AnswerixAI", "Answerix", "Answerix AI", "Palzin", or any misspelling or variation of them as a keyword, in any match type, on any search engine or marketplace. You must add these terms as negative keywords to campaigns that could otherwise show for them.
• Using our brand in ads. Using our names or logos in ad headlines, ad copy, display URLs, sitelinks, or advertiser names in a way that suggests the ad is ours.
• Direct linking. Sending paid search ads straight to an AnswerixAI page through your referral link. Paid ads must land on your own page or content first.
• Look-alike domains and accounts. Registering domains, subdomains, app names, or social media accounts that contain our names or confusingly similar ones.

We monitor search ads and referral traffic, including the UTM tags on your links. If you break this section, we will withhold and reverse all commission and bonuses earned from the traffic involved — including amounts already paid — and may suspend or end your participation. If you're unsure whether a campaign is allowed, ask us before it runs.

7. Other Prohibited Practices

You may not:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or promote AnswerixAI in ways that break the law or a platform's rules;
• Make false or misleading claims about AnswerixAI, its features, prices, or results, or offer discounts, trials, or guarantees we haven't approved;
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, pop-unders, bots, or any other method that sets a referral without a genuine visit;
• Pay or reward people just for signing up, or list our offers on coupon or cashback sites without our approval;
• Pretend to be AnswerixAI or our staff, or suggest you speak for us.

Commission and bonuses earned through prohibited practices are not payable and may be reversed, including after payment.

8. Disclosure and Use of Our Brand

You must clearly tell your audience that you may earn a commission when they sign up through your link, as required by the advertising rules where you and your audience are — for example the ASCI guidelines in India, the FTC guides in the United States, the Competition Act and Ad Standards in Canada, the CONAR code in Brazil, and the UAE Media Council’s advertising rules.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our names, logos, and marketing materials from the marketing kit in your dashboard, only to promote AnswerixAI under these Partner Terms and following any brand guidelines we provide. You must stop using them when your participation ends.

9. Customer Data and Confidentiality

Your dashboard shows limited information about customers credited to you (for example organisation name, plan, and status) only so you can follow your earnings. You may not use it for any other purpose or share it with anyone, and you must keep any non-public information about AnswerixAI confidential. The customer relationship and the customer's data remain ours and the customer's, and are handled under our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may leave the program at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without cause; we will tell you why when we end it for a breach. While suspended, new referrals do not earn commission and withdrawals are paused.

When your participation ends, we will pay out your available balance above the payout minimum after the holding period for your last earnings, except for amounts connected to a breach of these Partner Terms. Commission stops for payments made after the end date.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Partner Terms. We will email you about material changes at least 15 days before they take effect, except where a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you continue in the program after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

12. Relationship and Liability

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Partner Terms makes you our employee, agent, or joint-venture partner, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

Your role is limited to referring customers. Under these Partner Terms you introduce potential customers to AnswerixAI, and we pay commission when they subscribe. You do not provide advertising, search engine optimisation, content creation, campaign management, consulting, technical or other services to AnswerixAI under these terms, and any marketing you do to promote your referral link is done on your own behalf and at your own cost. If we ever engage you for other services, that will be under a separate written agreement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities, and our total liability to you under these Partner Terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for your own marketing and will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Partner Terms or the law.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
